I had a disappointing experience at Kmart only an hour ago, particularly with one of the staff members near the fitting rooms. When my mother and I arrived, we were greeted by a younger employee who let us into the dressing room area without giving us a tag or mentioning any item limit. Poor coustomer service. The service manager is pathetic. I have done shopping for more than $1000 today but unfortunately misplaced the receipt. I went to get back the recite to exchange one items which was bit small. All I needed was to pay more and take bigger one. I felt KMart Mt Sheridan pathetic when I was told that they can’t do it as I have no physical receipt despite showing transactions of exact time ( 1 hour after) and total amount.
