ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONES !! FIVE phone calls, 27 minutes without ANYONE picking up the phones: HELLO, ANYONE AWAKE AT KMART??? July 25: need batteries so went to Kmart: guess what, ZERO batteries despite website saying batteries available. Stuff, no clue. "Duh, shelf no battery, me no know what to do, me walk away now" . Kmart USED to be a store worth visiting for basics but now, it's a joke." Does Kmart even KNOW how to do stock control? Do you even know what is on the shelves?

This evening on my Kmart run, James who was supposed to be “greeting” customers as they entered had non existent customer service and is always unfriendly when we see them in store - I am here at least once a week.
