It is absolutely crazy that they would implement coin-locked trolleys (at Christmas no less) before arranging for the surrounding carparks to have the key to unlock the coin and leave the trolley there. I went in a short time before Xmas, intending to fill my trolley with presents, but during the silly season on a stinking hot day I would be expected to walk my trolley back to Kmart after offloading my purchases in my car? I keep getting told that at KMart there will always be someone to do your checkout if you ask. That's NOT the case in the Mt. Gambier store. I was told straight out that there was no one to serve me, I'd have to do it myself. 0 out of 5
I was there and couldn't find what I was looking for. When I asked help by staff and got a tantram the lady was throwing down things she was packing out and got a very bad attitude from her not happy very unprofessional and I felt very unwelcome almost like I should be there. A customer should definitely not be treated this way
