Filthy change rooms, filthy floors and ceiling especially near air conditioning vents. Everywhere you turn there is stuff on the floor. Overstocked and not much room for movement. What a shame.
Very disappointed in this store answering phone calls, I rang concerning a click and collect , but everytime on hold for 5 minutes and than ‘an announcement’ NO ONE CAN ANSWER YOUR CALL’ than it hangs up!!! 144000 employees it says on recording, says a team member is on their way, disappointed!
I'm really getting tired of kmart Morayfield only supplying a limited amount of plus size clothing. When I'm looking through the modern dresses there's only 1 or 2 size 18-20 or none. If the average size is 18-20 order more!!!
This is the final time I order anything online from you, it's taking 7 days for a few pool toys to be couriered from yr burpengary store to an address n burpengary, bloody ridiculous.
Website shows the item in stock, but when you go into the store staff claim it’s ‘not available’ or ‘out the back’. Yet this group admits workers are holding it aside for them. So regular customers miss out while stock is hidden. That’s unfair, misleading, and needs to be called out
