I baught 1 blender from them...it was not working...then I change it and bring another...and guess what? It also not working.. Then we went to store and requested them to check if it is working or not...but they refused to check.. Is it possible for a working person to go there everyday? Why didn’t they check the electronics before selling?

I had a frustrating experience at Kmart Moonee Ponds when I tried to pay part card and part cash at self-checkout. I paid $19 on card, then realised the machine didn’t take cash. A staff member told me the only option was to turn the machine off and pay again, and when I asked about a refund, I was told the money would “bounce back” – which never happened. I had to return days later (while on holidays) just to resolve it. When I came back, the front staff couldn’t help and no manager came out, which was really disappointing.... read more
