I visited Kmart on Thursday the 30th with two friends to browse new products and came across the Sheglam collection. Worst customer experience ever. Staff named kylie was so rude, passing the comments to others and being rude the customers while scanning the receipt.
I was pretty upset with Kylie at Kmart Moonee Ponds today. I’ve been there before with my dog in the pram, and she turned me away. But today, she let someone with a dog, even petting it, When I asked I thought dogs weren’t allowed, she lied and said she hadn’t noticed them because she’d just started. But I was right behind them! I recently visited Kmart and picked up a few Easter items that were clearly marked down to between 10c and 50c. While browsing, I also found some Easter-themed pyjamas and wanted to double-check if they were included in the same clearance pricing.
