I would just like to say that the lovely young lady with the little heart face ink 'Kirra' always makes my day. Whenever i come into shop here and i see her on the Layby desk or registers it immediately makes me smile. She always helps myself and my elderly mother and goes above and beyond. She always seems to make the customers feel very special and she definitely seems to love her job! Not always friendly, sometimes the women serving you do not greet you, and won't serve you at a cash register, forcing you to go through the self service which is so wrong. Just because one works at Kmart, it doesn't mean lowering your standards of service or professionalism. Management could do more to monitor how customers are greeted and to what extend the women are prepared to go to help you. Got a shock of a new reality tonight, I'm a pretty normall kmart shopper once a week ,rocked up to the till to pay no tills open as standard but a girl standing behind them watching the self serve asked the usually question you open? First time I got told no I can't serve you, I asked really, yep can't serve you, I asked can anyone, same answer can't help you damn kmart went fully self serve 1 start review serves you right.
Pokemon cards and products alike are always sold out before normal working class people and not scalpers can get them. Please look into ordering bulk stock. And update the website.
