Not always friendly, sometimes the women serving you do not greet you, and won't serve you at a cash register, forcing you to go through the self service which is so wrong. Just because one works at Kmart, it doesn't mean lowering your standards of service or professionalism. Management could do more to monitor how customers are greeted and to what extend the women are prepared to go to help you.
