Not always friendly, sometimes the women serving you do not greet you, and won't serve you at a cash register, forcing you to go through the self service which is so wrong. Just because one works at Kmart, it doesn't mean lowering your standards of service or professionalism. Management could do more to monitor how customers are greeted and to what extend the women are prepared to go to help you. Can I please put out a huge thankyou to your absolutely helpful, courteous & polite staff. Especially the young man in kitchen ware & the young man in the photo/phone counter. I’m senior & am not the full packet I used to be. Yet, these young gentleman were compassionate & helpful! I visited the store on Sunday 25/05/25 at around 5:30pm. Also the security woman at the door was so polite. Cheers & Thankyou 👍
