terrible customer service . Shop is hardly stocked with products . Tried asking for assistance from one of the team members with name tag Emily, she looked at me and walked off right as I was directly speaking to her . Bad experience
It seems like Understaffed and Not Being Helpful is their greatest Motto. This is one of the business shops and they have 10 self checkouts and 6 registers and guess what??? Only 1 staff available to help all the people and long queue. The shop is a mess SHAME. APPALLING. The most terrible shopping experience ever.
Went to return some clothes and the lady at the service desk was so rude today. Even being in the line we could see that she was visibly rude and when it was our turn to be served she was just plain rude honestly. They need to reconsider some of their staff honestly😂
Had an absolutely AMAZING time shopping here thanks to the one and only Ella. She helped my find the perfect coats for my fur babies and went to the store room to get other items I was buying for my doggos. Great experience!!
my partner and i went to kmart mirrabooka on 09/07/25 we got what we needed to get and went to the checkout, there was an item i had that i no longer wanted so i called over a server who didn’t even try to help, he just insisted i buy the item and even when i told him i couldn’t afford it hence i was putting it back he continued to persuade me to buy the item. he kept asking ‘why not’ and ‘why don’t you put this back’ to other items i had. i just found the whole experience uncomfortable as all i wanted was an item removed fr... read more
