Purchased girls handbag online today at Kmart Midland. Displayed item in stock, placed and paid for order as click & collect. Received confirmation of order. Then received email stating item not in stock, with promise of a refund, which took days to revceive. Total waste of time. Dissapointed little girl Not receiving her birthday present. Not acceptable. Update your website Kmart to make availability details relevant.
Click and collect 2 very large items. No in-car pickup you have to go into the store. Seriously? No trolleys. Not joking, was told to walk to Coles and get one. Off I go back to Coles with a serious knee injury (hence Click and Collect). Back to KMart to collect my huge items. Now back to the car where I pass 2 trolley bays where there were about 90 trolleys there. Such appalling customer service.
