I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt really uncomfortable during a recent visit to Midland Kmart. A staff member with a badge, named "Cass" was rude to me and my father while we were just trying to buy a jumper. She seemed more focused on talking to a teenage boy (Who did not seem to work there) than helping us, and her attitude made the whole interaction feel unpleasant. Really disappointed.
Thank You Sophie and Jason. Good and honest workers at Kmart Midland. I dropped a $100 gift card when fumbling around and didn't notice until I got home. Thought it had been hopeless but called in to check anyway and the staff had found it and kept it aside waiting for it to be claimed! thanks a million
I want to sincerely thank the three amazing staff members at the Kmart Customer Service desk — Yvonne, Caitlin, and Addna — who helped me during my visit. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and handled everything with such genuine care and warm hearts. Their friendly and positive attitude made such a big difference and truly brightened my day. Thank you all so much — I really appreciate your support and kindness!
Went to this Kmart and discovered they had no trolleys available. Waited around for a few minutes thinking some trolleys would come in reasonably soon. After a while I asked the person on the door about trolleys and got told it would be 'at least half an hour or so' before any trolleys would be available. Decided I wanted to talk to someone about this as I thought half an hour was ludicrous and I didn't want to shop without a trolley as I had a fair bit to collect.
