Employee Abbey was absolutely appalling today. After showing her on the KMART website there was stock for baby wash tub, Abbey checked her RF scanner only to tell us sometimes the website is incorrect around this time and the tubs are sold out. She was simply not bothered. Who knows what she saw on her scanner, she did not even entertain the idea of helping the slightest. Employee Jake, was probably one of the best lads I’ve met since moving to Wa. He’s a real one.
Don't want to add to the chorus, but no trollies. Also, I was at the store because I promised my sweet son a new Lego set. I realise that he's a big lad to be excited about Lego, but appearances can be deceptive and I hope most people can see deeper than what's on the outside. It does my heart good that the Kmart staff were so friendly and welcoming even when my son became upset when the set he wanted wasn't on the shelves. Thanks Kmart.
