Very disappointed with the service at Kmart Merrylands today. The store manager, Mayra, made the price matching process unnecessarily difficult by giving conflicting and inconsistent explanations instead of assisting properly. While I was trying to show her that her reasoning didn’t align with Kmart’s own policy, she kept checking the time, giving the impression she wasn’t interested in resolving the issue. WORST EVER Kmart I have ever experienced. The customer service is just horrible. It is dirty and just so unorganised in this store. The worker Nadine was just not helpful.
Paid at the counter because I had stuff with alarm tag but staff is so good that they forgot to give me one of my pants and left one alarm tag too HOW GREAT!!!!!!!! One day I wanna be able to perform that bad at my work without any problems too
Worse customer service experience from DANIA, we have paid for a puffer jacket and it had a security tag and it needed to be taken off, as we were approaching her at the counter instead of assisting us for a short period as we already paid for the items she still went and served another customer when we asked her before that customer was served. Didn’t make us feel welcome at all made us feel that we needed to leave the Kmart
