Kmart have been withholding my returned microwave of $125 for 28 days now. I’ve returned it on the 1st and after 5 days received nothing no confirmation of technical issues. I had to chase them myself in the chat and they said I need to provide my bank details. Then said it would take 14 days!!! Very disappointed with the service at Kmart Merrylands today. The store manager, Mayra, made the price matching process unnecessarily difficult by giving conflicting and inconsistent explanations instead of assisting properly. While I was trying to show her that her reasoning didn’t align with Kmart’s own policy, she kept checking the time, giving the impression she wasn’t interested in resolving the issue.
