Kmart have been withholding my returned microwave of $125 for 28 days now. I’ve returned it on the 1st and after 5 days received nothing no confirmation of technical issues. I had to chase them myself in the chat and they said I need to provide my bank details. Then said it would take 14 days!!! After 14 days I contact AGAIN and told it hasnt been 14 days as I’ve included weekends even though kmart is open weekends.
