Sold a defective powerbank and not taking exchange
Bought a cheap black bag here for a trip which turned out to be faulty and caused damage to my own stuff. The bag strap rubbed black dye off onto my clothes which would not wash out, ruining over $100 worth of some of my favourite clothes which are no longer made and therefore irreplaceable. Customer service refused to compensate me in any way. Therefore, I will be coming in and stealing at least $100 from this Kmart soon to make up for it.
Absolutely no staff on floor to help. Given how busy it was you'd think they'd have a few staff on each floor/section
Great place to shop if you’re looking for cheap every day items. Clothing, household goods, at affordable prices. No labels or brands. But reasonable quality and price.
