Empty shelves. Lot of changes with kmart with ultra cheap quality not so cheap prices
Service was so rude , we were ten steps away from the thing we needed with still quite some time before closing. And they were kicking us and everyone out and following us to make sure we went out. So disposable rude.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews. I like to focus on praising good service, but I have to say my experience today (7th April) was really disappointing. I was at the self-checkout and scanned a jumper, but it said “please wait for assistance.” The staff member (an older woman with dyed blonde hair) came over, rolled her eyes, and muttered something about the jumper "having a gadget" before walking off. Extremely poor refund service from Alex who facilitated my refund. Snarky and rude. A refund policy should be no questions asked- I did politely explain why I’m refunding it anyway (it was a lightbulb which didn’t fit my lamp), instead got a unnecessary remark saying to check before I buy in a very passive aggressive tone. Find a different job if customer service doesn’t fit to your liking.
