I had a very disappointing experience at Kmart today involving a staff member named JADE (short hair and glasses). While I was speaking with another team member and paused briefly—no more than 10–15 seconds to ask a question, JADE abruptly and rudely told me to move. Her tone was so harsh that it startled my baby, who began crying. When I calmly told her that there was no need to speak so rudely, she laughed it off, which only made the situation worse. Trying to find an Anko Heater fan since 1 month across different stores in Melbourne. Website says 5$ clearance sale for an Anko Heater Fan which is and will be out of stock all the time. Better the product be removed from Kmart listings.
While the store might be well stocked, compared other Kmarts I've been too, staff are just about impossible to find and leave a lot to be desired. I won't be back unless I know I can get what I want without having to deal with the staff!
I went in for a phone recharger to use immediately, as my phone was low. Explained this to the salesperson. He suggested a product, said it didn't have a charger, I said I have one at home, thats ok I just need it to recharge my phone now as its low. Will it fit an iphone ok? Yes. Please be open until later! 12am would be minimum. You’re in the middle of the city. Doesn’t make sense how Kmart 50kms away at Fountain Gate Narre Warren is open 24 hours but you close at 10pm….. also you employ WAY too many security guards. 3??? Sometimes even 4?? Are you serious? What a waste of money. One would be too much..
