I went to get a refund because the product was defective. The staff was friendly and helpful.
3 levels right in the CBD. Only took a star off due to lack of stock, and the escalator was out of order. A team member to point out the 2 lifts would've been handy. (Even a sign to show direction to lift would help.) Big store. Mens/Ladies/kids on Ground floor. Self-checkout either end (Nth or Sth). Good prices. Worth a visit. The store could do with a 'Directory' somewhere...
Service desk manager (short female) is very rude - yelling at customers and refusing to perform a simple Click and Collect. Terrible service.
