Got my film here developed 4 weeks ago. Said they couldn't get it to me because they ran out of paper? I dont understand how they have the photos digitally but couldn't email them to me since I also ordered them via email. Very disappointing the lack of help from the young blonde girl behind the counter on December 26th Friday at 4pm. Im not sure her name but I feel like she could've gotten me my photos if she turned on their computer.
The atmosphere is great and the staff team are very helpfull but the things i was looking for were out of stock thats it
