Phone service sucks hung up on twice
So my friend bought a clearance pair of shoes and a belt all together $16. She did not get her receipt and the security would not let us out without one. We then went back to try anything we could to access a receipt. Wanted a manager straight away just to finally talk to one to then have him waiting at the front looking at us like we were trash. Visited this Kmart the first week of January 2026. The state of the store was absolutely disgraceful! I’ve never seen a store messier than that. They need to employ people to tidy the store up and check stock levels as they are completely inaccurate. I couldn’t find any of what I was after yet it all showed in stock. One of the workers helped to try and find the items but we weren’t successful. The theft must be insane to have such incorrect stock levels.
