Luca from the Maroochydore store went above and beyond with his customer service. The double mattress protector I wanted was not on the shelf and without hesitation he went out the back to look for one. I did not feel I was a hindrance asking for help even though he was pushing a large cage at the time. He came back with one! He is so polite & an asset to the store. Thank you Luca. 😊

The store itself was fine and I was able to find what I needed, but the customer service was a bit hit or miss. One of the younger staff members seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers and looking at his phone than actually helping customers. When I asked a question, I got a half-hearted response and a bit of attitude. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely left a sour taste. A little more professionalism would go a long way, especially from the newer or younger employees.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was ridiculous. I dealt with someone named Tom im pretty sure that was his name gosh I wasnt paying attention enough to his name because of how rude he was. The entire interaction was frustrating from start to finish. He didn’t listen, kept cutting me off, and acted like helping me was a massive inconvenience.
