Today at Kmart Marion I experienced incredibly rude staff regarding a store refund. My wife and I were returning items my wife’s mother had purchased for our children as the sizes were too small. There seemed to be confusion regarding refund policy so I requested to speak with the manager. The store manager (Sheridan) spoke with us regarding the stores policy, and to say she was rude is an understatement. The makeup section is always TRASHED, other than that it's a good shop.
Staff are helpful to get stuff around.
