Store doesn’t answer calls I have called 11 times today to organise my order. So I drove in and it wasn’t busy asked to see if I could just collect my order as I was already there even put it in the trolley myself and all they had to do was scan it and I was told no I would need to cancel my order and repurchase it. The customer service is disgusting as the lady who was at the counter with the piercings was just rude and quite frankly has no customer service skills whatsoever.
