No trolleys until 1.00pm?? and the place looks like it’s been raided. Stock all over the floor, cages in the way of shelves. Food from grubs dumped on shelves and generally disinterested staff. Is there any management??
Kmart is the only store Ive ever liked, they have really nice products, simple but stylish and modern . Their prices have always been great and affordable and the clearance racks have huge markdowns. Only negative thing about the store is it was so untidy. The women's section was messy, clothes half hanging off racks, some on the floor, benches piled high, everything was mixed up, bagged items like PJs were half open, items missing....and only 1 or 2 staff covering the whole area.
Ordered a cheap item online, unfortunately it seems to be a common theme with K-mart that they debit your credit card and actually do not have the stock. Still waiting on my refund since 6th April. Unless stock confirmed as available they should not be taking any monies. Never again, very frustrating.
Once again no trolleys until noon. Why? Don’t you want ppl to buy anything? I’m sick of having to go somewhere else for a trolley, or wait til the afternoon to buy what I want. And only self service? Really? Wish I could give this branch a zero.
Online C&C was a disaster. Manager did not even know how to resolve the matter. All they know is sorry we have no stock and we will just refund you. How about you fix your stock levels. A click and collect was supposed to be for convenience but it needed up the worst experience to shop with Kmart in Maddington. Also they don’t pick up calls. How about you completely disconnect your landline!! It’s a shame and I urge everyone not to rely on stock online for click n collect. especially if it’s something you need it soon. ... read more
