The Only kmart that closes early
Terrible experience. The store says it closes at 9:00 pm, but by 8:30 pm staff were already shutting things down, blasting announcements every few minutes, and walking around telling customers to leave. It was rude, pushy, and completely unnecessary—we can hear the announcements. If you close at 9:00 pm, then actually stay open until 9:00 pm. Don’t rush customers out early. The way staff handled this was unprofessional and needs to be fixed.
Great service from Godwin @ kmart , maquarie centre. Was having problems with self service checkout machines and Godwin came to the rescue with great customer service and a no hassle fix. All customer service should be this good. Definitely 6 star , A grade service
Bought a broken water bottle. The liquid leak in my bad and destroy my most expensive device. Never purchase from such low quality shop again.
