I visited Customer Service where Jade assisted us. I asked if there were any more of the item and she said no. She said the ones we held were the last. After we walked away, the customer behind us asked for the same item and she handed it to him. This felt dishonest. We lined up again and she repeated that it was sold out. We challenged her and said we saw her give it to someone else. She then said we counted as one customer, which made no sense. We were disappointed by the lack of honesty. Kmart Macq Ctr is a huge improvement on their Chatswood store. Shaff were very polite, chesty and helpful, particularly Nerrida at the entrance. This lady is outstanding at meet and greet. I have spent many years training retail store staff and Nerrida has what it takes in abundance. Highly recommended.

I was looking for wooden hangers at Kmart MQ and got a bit lost. The staff member Mahisty was so friendly and helpful. The wooden hangers here are also great quality. Overall, an excellent shopping experience — very grateful!
