Terrible customer service, starting with one of the team members who didn't even take the time to check on her work device if they had stock of this item. I went looking for someone else to help me get the item, and she requested service via radio. The manager of this location, with poor customer service, approached us with the wrong item and told us they didn't have the one I was asking for in stock, when the website clearly states that they do have stock in the store and online. I have been shopping at Kmart for a long time, but I often can’t find the sizes I need, especially boys’ size 7 pants and girls’ size 2–3 pants. The clothing range does not change often, and the same items stay for a long time without adding new designs. It would be much better if they brought in fresh stock more regularly.
Great place to find house hold items, clothing at reasonable or even bargain prices. With open plan concept, there is plenty of items for sale. You can return items you are unhappy with. Popular shopping store in the suburb. Self check out helps keep costs down. Open 7 days a week for long hours.
This lady at the entrance is disrespectful to all customers.
Very well organized and I don't understand why other reviewers said it was messy. Love Kmart!
