Love it!
I went to Kmart to buy some clear safety glasses and was unsure of where they had them so I asked a worker (a little asian lady with a black bob) where they had them. Mind you, this worker is wearing a vest that clearly says ‘Hi! How can I help you?’ on the back. I ask her and she gives me the biggest attitude even when I have been extremely polite throughout the whole interaction. God forbid you actually have to your customer service job? Great quality, cheap goods. However they could clean the shelves more often, especially the makeup and beauty section.
Terrible customer service, starting with one of the team members who didn't even take the time to check on her work device if they had stock of this item. I went looking for someone else to help me get the item, and she requested service via radio. The manager of this location, with poor customer service, approached us with the wrong item and told us they didn't have the one I was asking for in stock, when the website clearly states that they do have stock in the store and online. I have been shopping at Kmart for a long time, but I often can’t find the sizes I need, especially boys’ size 7 pants and girls’ size 2–3 pants. The clothing range does not change often, and the same items stay for a long time without adding new designs. It would be much better if they brought in fresh stock more regularly.
