really cranky aggressive staff. I asked one of the older ladies a question and she was very cranky that someone had even approached her. lovely customer service..
Kim, the lady that deals with Pokémon every Friday is wonderful. Makes sure everyone gets a turn. Very patient to customers that aren’t very kind also.
Great place to shops for all your daily needs
I was waiting for my partner when I heard how the store manager was treating his teenage employees. His language was discouraging and dehumanising and had a clear impact on these poor teenage employees. Jeff, you really need to step up your game and stop overworking these poor teenagers who are doing their best. They are clearly stressed and already have enough to do without you packing on expectations. For the employees sake I hope something gets done about this.
Old lady at click and collect super rude doesn’t care about the customer service. I have seen her get angry on multiple customers
