Click and collect is a joke. Also when I called to ask about a specific bikini, the lady lied to me and said they didn’t have it. I went in 45 mins later and it was there. I’d love a job where I could be incompetent and still have a job.
What a disappointment. I placed a click n collect order for work on the business card so I can pickup over the weekend. I waited 15 minutes to get my order, to only realise when exiting they were missing 1 item. I went back to the counter and waited for 24 minutes to be seen again. The lady was lovely but she said to me: " our online system has been showing items out of stock when they're not" she brought the missing item out and said it's been refunded as it was 'out of stock' (bot not actually) she said I would have to pay... read more
Purchased a Anko brand pie maker, 3 broken pieces in box. Tried to phone them 4 times, on hold 7 plus minutes then told no one can speak to me. So frustrating.
This store is always a mess, it's very off putting. I'm assuming they just don't hire enough staff anymore, to keep it tidy like pre-covid days.
