Great store always
Chelsea (working service desk today) and Georgia are both incredible. Georgia was so helpful and supportive. Chelsea is lovely. I admire her kindness and patience despite the language barrier when talking with/helping an Arabic woman today. Excellent people who probably deserve a pay raise, just saying
Very disappointed with my experience at Kmart - 8am 20th of Feb, this morning. There were multiple people clearly waiting in line to purchase Pokémon cards. One customer was allowed to skip the queue and be served ahead of everyone else. After completing his purchase, he walked away, then returned two minutes later and was again served immediately at the front, pushing two waiting customers further back missing the opportunity to get something they were waiting for.
