Where do i begin? HYDIE the woman who answered the phone at Liverpool Kmart was shockingly rude. From the moment she picked up, her tone was condescending and impatient — like I was a nuisance for even calling! But what really shocked me was what happened after. She clearly thought she'd hung up the call, but she hadn't - and I could still hear everything. Staff at customer service name gabby very helpfull and nice she deserve to be call best customer service staff , and one girl name mitchell also helpfull and very nice hope manager appreciate staff like this
My elderly mum goes there regularly and always talks about how kind and patient Angie is with her. She helped her again today and it really means a lot to our family. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely take the time to care, and my mum always leaves feeling happy because of her. Thank you, Angie.
