I went to Liverpool the lady serve me name Tina was not helpful at all. You have stock the product i after but refuse to help . When I go online I can see the item in stocks and even say you have stock in store. No point lie to customer .bad service will not come here again
Where do i begin? HYDIE the woman who answered the phone at Liverpool Kmart was shockingly rude. From the moment she picked up, her tone was condescending and impatient — like I was a nuisance for even calling! But what really shocked me was what happened after. She clearly thought she'd hung up the call, but she hadn't - and I could still hear everything.
