This store is a bit hit and miss. Some of the staff go above and beyond to help and are lovely, others will do the bare minimum! I had a young girl tell me to go and find someone else to help find an item to see if it was in stock! I was a bit shocked actually! The photo frames are always “out of stock” according to the staff when you ask them, Even though it says “in stock” online and available to do a click and collect! The toy section is generally always fully stocked though and the kids clothes section is normally neat!

I’d like to sincerely thank the manager Charlene who supported me during a very distressing incident. She was kind, calm, and compassionate, and took the situation seriously. Their warmth and reassurance meant a lot to me and made me feel heard and supported in a difficult moment. I’m truly grateful for their care and professionalism.
Christmas has arrived at k mart ….. they have a fantastic range of low priced quality goodies… everything from cushions, candles, cards, candy, kitchen utensils and gadgets…. Absolutely love this store it’s huge… and always well stocked!!
