Good staff who do their best. But…. the stock is crap - ever since our nice little Target turned into a Kmart dumping ground.
Rude staff and even ruder manager. Lodged a complaint because it was THAT bad (still waiting to hear back, it's been a few weeks now). She had tried to deny a refund that I was 100% entitled to, blaming their "policy", until I got my own phone out on their website and showed their policy actually proved I was right. There was no apology or correction from her, just processed the refund and was done with it. Needs to learn their own policies AND customer service skills.
Very good customer service. We went to buy camping chairs and couldn’t find those chairs in the aisle. The girl at cashier came and look in the aisle for us and because there was none in the aisle she went to the back storage and got us two. Completely different experience to those who added bad reviews.
Poorly managed.....95% off the time the stock advertised is always out of stock....This pushes me and others to take our shopping out of town !! Not good !!
