During my recent visit to your store on 13/01/2026 at around 11pm. while shopping, i approached a staff member who was standing at the cashier counter and politely asked for help to find an item.unfortunately, the way he spoke to me was extremely rude and disrespectful. i felt ignored and uncomfortable, as he did not make any effort to assist me and did not even move from his position. Lost my Goat Hat in the store, called up and they found it whilst they were on the phone with me, the girl said I could pick it up from the Service Desk. Rocked shortly after and was told by "Diesel" at the Service Desk that they don't have it. No apologies, no explanation, guy wasn't interested at all despite that I drove all the way down from Devonport. He was incredibly rude and made me feel crazy.
