What is customer service? Not even 830 in the evening and there's no one on the registers. My partner needed to try 2 different sizes jeans, fitting rooms unattended, closed so we are told. My partner asked if there was another room, the KMart female staff member just snorts at her and walks off in a bad mood. This ain't customer service and this is bad. Gladly not returning with the clear lack of customer service here. Disappointed

Would like to thank the shop assistant named Diesel who helped my mum while she was shopping and even offered her a bottle of water and a chair. Absolutely amazing service.

What a terrible and rude staff member I encountered with for a return. I didn’t have the receipt, she straight away refused to do so and then asked to to retrieve receipt through the kmart app and went away. NOT willing to help at all

During my recent visit to your store on 13/01/2026 at around 11pm. while shopping, i approached a staff member who was standing at the cashier counter and politely asked for help to find an item.unfortunately, the way he spoke to me was extremely rude and disrespectful. i felt ignored and uncomfortable, as he did not make any effort to assist me and did not even move from his position.
