All the staff are all friendly in this store, but the store manager (Deb) is very cold and lacks customer service skills. I had an issue with returning an online order, and she said call the customer service team because it's an online order - I politely asked if she was able to please give me the phone number, she said "no, look it up". I have since been into the store and watched her interact with customers, and her behaviour reflects that she does not want to be there, and she dislikes people.
