A big thanks to the team member who was really helpful with exchanging my online order that had been incorrectly sent, I had already failed with Baldivis, despite it being their error. The team member in Lakelands helped resolve the issue quickly and got me my correct item.
I'm not sure what's happening to this store, but it's such a mess. Stock everywhere in a disorganised manner. Dirty toys broken out of their boxes just strewn everywhere. Floors dirty. This was at 9am. So not long open, obviously wasn't tidied up the day before. Mentioned it to staff and they said they can't keep up. Really unpleasant and chaotic.
Rude manager and rude staff. Come here if you want to be treated poorly.
