Whoever the manager is tonight, an elderly lady! We had our son with a disability belittled and spoken to appallingly by her. ‘Would not have known if another shopper had not followed him out and let my wife know’ my wife then entered to speak to the lady and explained he has a disability and wasn’t understanding why the lady was being so nasty to him. to which she continued to be rude to my wife and told her ‘if he has a disability, you should not have sent him in’…… really…… I would not believe Kmart would allow this sort ... read more
Poor customer service. I was rudely told that the issue was my fault and not her problem. Most people would be sacked for speaking to a customer the way she did. Totally unacceptable.
