Bought an item via click and collect and was dissapointed to see how much black plastic it was wrapped in. This was in addition to the clear shrink wrap on the actual product. Kmart needs to start thinking about the waste it produces.
Greatest Kmart in Adelaide! Biggest range of stock in all of Adelaide and always has what I need. Very helpful staff always going above and beyond, I always receive great customer service. 5 stars.
Customer service from the refund/exchange counter was rather aggressive and personally embarrassing.
Staff is always super helpful and polite and take the time to explain issues or check stock for other stores. Range of beauty products and women’s clothing is amazing! I always buy more than what I come for 😅
