Normally a great Kmart. Was disappointed today when I was told it’s too hard to get a book from out the back and I would have to go to Marion
Put more staff on click n collect!!! Every time I come just 1 person serving...insane!
Today around 2 o’clock, I had the pleasure of visiting Kmart and experienced some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. A lovely young lady named Lillyana went above and beyond to help me. I had my hands full with several items, and after she kindly scanned everything, she didn’t just stop there she offered to help carry my things to the door and even went out to the foyer to get me a trolley. Nice and helpful staff
I visited Kmart to buy pair of mens boots and coat. Did paid check out from return and exchnage counter. Issue is as web site says payment method zip pay accepted nothing mention online only. But a lady staff who i asked to pay with my zip pay said to me zip pay is only online ???? Must make clear so customer are not confused this is disspointing anyway bought my stuff.
