I bought a gift card for a friend today he redeemed it in front of me and it didn't work they sell faulty giftcards
Most of the staff are polite, but today I met a very rude staff member in the kids’ clothing section. She didn’t even say “excuse me” and just bluntly asked if I was buying a certain item. That was really poor manners.
