Customer service was horrible. My friend had called up and enquired about purchasing an item over $100 and if Afterpay was accepted and had been told that Afterpay was accepted in store. Upon entering the store and checking out, Afterpay wasn’t working and we asked for help from a group of 4 workers who were all at the self serve checkouts. The workers just told to retry my card and walked off and started giggling to eachother. The other day I went into Kmart searching for a new jacket and was assisted by an employee called Claire who did a great job getting an item from out the back. She was amazing probably one of the best employees there.
