Not like it used to be. Staff hardly anywhere, if they are always too busy to actually help, or know where anything is!
Love Kmart but please, can management get someone with a real genuine wish to 'serve the customer' in customer service!! Connor's great but the lady that's usually there with him has the worst attitude ever! She is so rude!!
I love coming to Kmart Kardinya because of a worker, Kira! She always goes above and beyond to help out and always engages in friendly conversation. She is such a core member of your team at Kmart!
Bought a red coffee table got it home opened it up & was damage ..paint all scratched up so took it back Opened 4 boxes on shelf only to see all had damage. Told management they said stop opening the boxes & they just taped them up to put back on shelf to sell very poor customer service !
