We purchased an adjustable weight bench from Kmart Kardinya, to find when we got it home someone had cut through the box and cut the bench. Have tried to call the store multiple times today, the last call disconnected after 8 minutes on hold. Extremely frustrated that we now need to lug it back into the service desk in store, then will have to collect from the collection point.
