Poor service. Ordered online. Order marked as shipped the next day, then doesn't change from "awaiting courier pickup" for two weeks. Try to get help online and have to talk to the AI bot over and over. Finally talk to someone and they say auspost lost it but there was never an auspost scan.
Really disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the online stock levels are clearly inaccurate. The website showed the 3.2kg Crystal Cat Litter as in stock, which is the only reason I went to this store. When I got there, not only was it nowhere to be found, but a staff member confirmed they didn’t have any. What if someone places an online order based on that?
