Service desk has a really long queue and only one person serving whole another helps a customer. Other parts if the store have staff standing around.
The worst checkout service imaginable, obviously stemming from pathetic management arrangements and decision making regarding staffing. I left approx $100 worth of goods on the centre checkout counter, not one person in attendance, nor would any staff make eye contact. I can tellyou, 98.73% of staff wat to do good work. 97.83% of all problems in any company or organisation can be traced to the very top of that group. Poor organisation, poor training, all = poor outcomes. I'm done here.
I have never left a bad review before as I also work in customer service and know what it can be like, but I was completely taken aback by my experience today. I was checking out through self serve and went to an empty checkout that had the green light. As I got there, I saw there were items scanned up on the screen. I turned to look for the worker to ask if someone was already using it.
