Just drove 50mins here as this Kmart store lists there opening hours as 8am-5pm on Sundays, only finding out when I arrive at 9:30 they are closed until 11am. Please adjust.
All laybuys should be done at all stores my husband when to this store to get told to go to tea tree plaza to pay a payment EVERYONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO ANY STORE TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON A LAYBUY
Online order - got sent back to sender due to Kmarts request. None explaining or help to get our items. BOTS keep telling us that someone would call or help us. We have had zero help and you guessed it no phone calls. Avoid Kmart online at all costs. Waste of time and run by bots that don’t actually work. Out of pocket and now no Xmas display for our staff. Shameful.
Went to kmart today and it was appaling. There were no hotwheels on the pegs and empty stolen car everywhere. Need to do some quality control and stock the pegs. If I could rate it lower i would.
A kind young man named Alex helped me find the items I needed whilst I was in a rush! I never got to say thank you as he returned to whatever he was doing afterwards. Will definitely know who to go for help next time
