Ben was at front security/check on 01/12/2025. He was amazing. He stopped a husband and wife tag team with a shopping trolley of stolen goods. He checked the receipt, checked the items, he knew it didnt balance. Both times, even though they moved stuff around etc. Firm and respectful. Completely on the ball. Impressive. And I told him so today, when I popped back in and he was at the Customer Service desk.
Your customer service desk needs to learn customer service. Standing in line to be served waiting. 3 people behind the desk, only 1 looked like they were actually doing work (photos). I’m standing there like a pork chop waiting to be acknowledged, then somewhere another customer comes and an older guy behind the desk wakes up and calls them over ??? Just drove 50mins here as this Kmart store lists there opening hours as 8am-5pm on Sundays, only finding out when I arrive at 9:30 they are closed until 11am. Please adjust.
Online order - got sent back to sender due to Kmarts request. None explaining or help to get our items. BOTS keep telling us that someone would call or help us. We have had zero help and you guessed it no phone calls. Avoid Kmart online at all costs. Waste of time and run by bots that don’t actually work. Out of pocket and now no Xmas display for our staff. Shameful.
All laybuys should be done at all stores my husband when to this store to get told to go to tea tree plaza to pay a payment EVERYONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO ANY STORE TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON A LAYBUY
