Greeted by a respectful young lady and I think her name was Mubena. She helped me find the right sized bed sheets, after there wasn't stock on the shelves. So grateful that Kmart has such an amazing worker, she deserves nothing but the best!!! :)
Excellent service today. I went through the self serve checkout and the guy that was working there was great, very helpful, very friendly. It’s hard to find good customer service these days. I got everything I needed in store and grabbed a couple extra bargains on clearance and was super happy and to have a good experience checking out as well made the overall experience great. Will definitely be coming back to this store 👍🏻

Extremely dissatisfied with the service tonight. I purchased a quilt cover, it scanned wrong at the self serve checkout (Kmarts fault) & then was I treated as if i was a thief by the worker at the front (named rose) & made me pay the difference whilst treated me as if I stole it. As this was a self serve issue they should have honored it, but instead made me go back & forth between the store to pay extra. Horrible customer service.
