Absolutely disgusting staff behaviour. I've been to Kmart Indooroopilly multiple times and the staff having treated me with clear discrimination and rudeness. This is the last time I will be visiting them. I would not recommend you visiting this Kmart. They seem to have a chip on their shoulder and some clear internal toxic bullshit where they target customers for fun. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
Change rooms are filthy
I accidentally dropped and broke a glass bowl yesterday🫣 but two staff members came over straight away to clean it up and were so kind about it — they didn’t even charge me for the breakage. Really appreciated their quick help and understanding. Great customer service at Kmart Indooroopilly!
