Got a large mirror, was broken out of the box, told them I'm returning it, asked if someone can help me bring it back in and a new one back out. All I got is someone can bring one to the back door but I have to lug the broken one back in (doesn't fit under the back door when propped up in a trolley.) Rather large and awkward when someone is by themselves with no help from staff at all
Wanted to be served at counter by staff for large item purchase, staff member refused and made me use the self serve, which couldn't easily accommodate the large item, staff member just took tag off and left me to finish, never even spoke a word - very poor service
Not a bad store. Has just about everything you need
