Standard Kmart. Staff helpful
I had an unfortunate customer service experience at this store. On the evening of 28th September, I asked the staff and the duty manager for the store manager’s details so I could report an issue. They declined to provide any information, and no assistance was offered to help resolve my concern. I believe the store manager should review what happened and ensure staff are supported and trained to handle customer enquiries appropriately. Transparency and basic customer service would make a big difference.
