Disorganise, not well stock, SOME unhelpful staff

Really disappointed with the after service support. I purchased a stroller at Kmart Highpoint along with many other items. Unfortunately after paying I left the stroller at the self service checkout counter. I had leaned it against the counter as it was so big. It was scanned and was paid for, the stroller purchase was is on my receipt. Once I got home I called the store and high point shopping centre management immediately (to put the pram aside or organise a refund as I live far from highpoint) no one from Kmart ever got b... read more
