I had a pretty disappointing experience at Kmart today with staff member ‘Anne-Marie’, which is unusual because I normally never have any problems with the staff there and have always found them really helpful. My bra unexpectedly broke while I was out, so I found a replacement in store and asked if I could put it on and take the tag straight to the register to pay for it.
