Kmart Hervey Bay – Where the Customer is the Checkout Operator (and a Nuisance) Dropped in at 5pm Friday. Big mistake. The aisles were blocked with stocking trolleys, making it a challenge just to move—yet shelves were still embarrassingly bare. Going into Kmart Hervey Bay is one of the worst experiences. Staff blantely standing around in the change rooms taking no initive to clean up the 15 coat hangers in one room. Staff have absolutely no care in the world for how the consumer sees the store or the services they should provide. The store is a mess ,clothes missing or all over the floor. I just went in there and the store is that filthy I think I need a shower. 🤮
Today as normal Kmart staff (HerveyBay) were stocking shelves when the store is open. Massive trolleys everywhere. I could not get down an aisle and moved a trolley to slip through. I got the stare from hell from the stacking staff member, with a loud ‘ who moved my trolley’. Every time I go to the Hervey Bay Kmart it is the same disgusting scenario. I am made to feel uncomfortable and not welcome by the staff members and their totally disorganised process of restocking
