Once had a not very good experience a year ago nearly, but today I changed my review from stars to five stars as a gentleman named Hayden helped us out with the photo printer machine. He was extremely helpful and friendly and patient. Kerrie was also helpful and had good customer service. Hope this helps Giles
Very helpful staff, especially the young girl who went out of her way to find a scarf I needed for a funeral the next day. It was very much appreciated!
Lady who actually helped us at the registers was lovely. The lady at the door however would kill her to smile and be friendly. I said hello to her she ignored us then complained about us whispering stuff under her breath but loud enough to make sure I heard it. Every time I’ve been in this store this lady has made our experience awful. Only her that does it. Other staff were lovely and happy to help instead of complaining about customers who are in an unfamiliar store not knowing where they were going
