honestly the worst kmart i’ve ever dealt with. the staff at kmart hastings are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. every interaction feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by asking a simple question. there’s no basic level of customer service — no warmth, no effort, just attitude. what’s even more frustrating is how inconsistent everything is. one staff member will tell you one thing, another will say the complete opposite. policies seem to change depending on who you speak ... read more
