The manager at this store the women in her 60s rounder woman is incredibly rude which reflects with her staff. I asked a lady the other day again in in late 50s to 60s about Xmas pjs and she was incredibly rude huffing and puffing why the hell do you employ staff like this? The manager made a huge deal about a return given the thousands of dollars I spend here I won’t be returning. Also used the change once and possibly the filthiest change rooms I’ve ever seen. Three older ladies with no tech ability trying to make a poster of some wildflowers from their photo gallery could have been a disaster but the friendly, helpful young assistant made the task almost enjoyable. Thanks for the help. 😊
I would like to say what a great way to start the Christmas season. We came down from Warnbro and as we entered Kmart Halls Head there was a 32 piece band playing Christmas carols, free activities and treats such as a popcorn machine, a face painter, a mascot from Salvos Christmas Tree appeal, a Christmas grinch and lots of K Mart elves doing their thing. the staff at this store are a joke the lady that works in beauty fairly old blonde and kinda tall accused me of stealing a perfume not to mention i never even walked down the cosmetics aisle another staff member followed me around the shop to the point it was obvious she was watching me to see if i steal anything i asked her is there a problem i’m trying to shop in peace she rudely said your quite young and we don’t trust your kind around our store without supervision like what!!!!
