We visited this large department store to look for stationery. They have many departments including apparel, toys, electrical, home, bedding and more. The staff at the entrance told us where the stationery section was. When we arrived there, we asked the staff where a particular item was and she led us to the item. We managed to buy the items we needed but there was a slight issue at checkout. We needed to get a member of the staff to reset the self checkout machine before it would accept cash. Do they ever clean or tidy? Look under the shelves and there is a layer of dirt and rubbish which looks like it has been there for a long time. The clothes racks are never tidied or put back in order. Staff are very good but the cleaners need retraining
In store service is good but most of the time, the store doesn't have the stock what I was looking for. Online services are very slow and shipping is just mediocre.
Everytime I go into this store I ask myself "Why did you put yourself through that again?" 😒
