Fast and efficient customer service from Debbie. Debbie made a genuine effort to source stock from reserve that was not on the shelf. As a result, I bought 2 more of the item and left with a positive customer experience.
Really bad experience from Kmart this year. Was given wrong bike twice from pick up point outside Greensbourgh. Young man was careless and warehouse was disorganised. Click and collect service was also shameful saying in stock ready to collect next day, took 10 days when I could have got it delivered in 3. This is for daughter’s Xmas gift and it was a disaster and a terrible stressful experience. Train your staff properly please and update your stock system so people don’t waste there time.
Went up to the Customer Service desk to ask if something was in stock at nearby stores. I had the picture up on my phone so they could easily look it up. I very politely asked if the man at the counter could check if this item was in stock at other stores and he said "stock is not really my priority right now". I was confused - was this not the customer service desk? Was he not at the customer service desk? He eventually checked it but proceeded to be quite rude to communicate with.
