This is a review on photo printing and online public relations feedback. I uploaded several hundred photos for printing. I am not experienced at this process and read instructions on each page. It seemed wonderfully simple. Unfortunately, and I am happy to be corrected, there was no warning that my photos all needed to be individually checked for potential cropping. $40 on and I have a heap of useless photos. I would give this store a minus if I could. Some of the service/return staff are terrible at customer service. Apparently they can tell the difference between fireplace smoke and cigarettes just by using their noses. Wonder what training Kmart put them through for that. Not the first time we've had problems with that particular section of the store. In future we'll be taking our business to other Kmart's in the area where the staff are 100% better than Glendale.
Worst customer service ever. We visited kmart glendale on 25 june 2025 at 9 pm and wanted to use the trial room to try the joggers. The staff over there told me that we cant use the dressing room since they are short staffed and the trial room is supposed to close by 8.30 . But I literally saw people using those trail room and came out. Then she said me that those rooms were opened by mistake.
