I would give this store a minus if I could. Some of the service/return staff are terrible at customer service. Apparently they can tell the difference between fireplace smoke and cigarettes just by using their noses. Wonder what training Kmart put them through for that. Not the first time we've had problems with that particular section of the store. In future we'll be taking our business to other Kmart's in the area where the staff are 100% better than Glendale.
Worst customer service ever. We visited kmart glendale on 25 june 2025 at 9 pm and wanted to use the trial room to try the joggers. The staff over there told me that we cant use the dressing room since they are short staffed and the trial room is supposed to close by 8.30 . But I literally saw people using those trail room and came out. Then she said me that those rooms were opened by mistake. Went into store today looking for specific item. When I asked a young girl where I would find it she just waved her hand in the air saying "over there". That could have been anywhere from womens clothing to kitchen stuff. Obviously talking to fellow workers is more important than helping customers.
