Came to Kmart at 7:30, with workers at the door turning people away saying they were closed. Anyone who has worked in retail knows that you shut your doors at the designated time, not half an hour before. Alongside myself many others were turned away too. Terrible service desk manager. They come up with unreasonable excuses to return items, and most items are not refunded.
Why does kmart glendale only have one cash or card checkout at the front registers? Yes, the place was buzzing, plenty of stock, lots of families. I gathered my more than 300 dollars of goodies and headed to the checkout. Whilst being 4th in line to the cash only checkout, myself and 3 others were made to stand to one side and let easily 15 to 20 other shoppers go ahead of us whilst waiting to pay cash for items.
