Last week I went to Kmart Glendale where I was helped by the wonderful Melissa. I was searching for a specific pair of shoes that were sold out in many Kmarts, and Melissa went above and beyond to try and help me. She patiently searched every possible area, even checking different sections of women’s shoes where items can get mixed up, looked through the back inventory, and used her portable system to double-check. The store has frightening Halloween dolls and skeletons right in the entryway which is unavoidable. My children are scared of these images and sometimes have nightmares. Put your Halloween section in a different isle as Big W have done. We will not come into the store because of it. Also Bought a wooden dog crate and it had the incorrect instructions included.
I love K mart. Variety product in reasonable price.
I had the most incredible service from Olivia tonight at your customer service desk. I was having a chaotic night and had trouble finding a product. She helped me and was kind and empathetic of my issues. You truly have a star team member there. She was also amazing at helping me use my flybuys points to use money off my shopping which I was so grateful for in this time of cost of living pressures. THANK YOU OLIVIA!
