Five star hotel concierge level service from Karen at the self service station. Karen was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and just an overall pleasure to be around; people like her deserve more than just a good review.
Advised by staff that there are 12 in stock of the item I wanted to purchase When the other staff member couldn’t find it was told to go to another store
Take this as a threat up the swans
Manager argued they displayed stock correctly, even though it was mixed up showing incorrect pricing. Instead of apologizing and moving on as I wasn't too bothered about that, not angry or being a Karen, I just decided not to purchase them. She instead chose to argue and accuse me of getting the cups from two different spots in the store. This was really upsetting and completely unnecessary.
Worst customer service ever. Manager has no clue how to talk to customers.
