Waited 15 mins for a refund an air mattress that still had air valve closed employee was trying to find hole then started finding faults with my story on how it didn't inflate very irate and rude employee at layby plus had 2 staff members working with one customer no politeness whatsoever not in too much of a hurry to go back
This is my local, and although the staff are almost always friendly, the stock management and stock levels are shocking. Countless times it says things are in stock, and then they are no where to be found. Even times when I have verbally confirmed there are 30+ quantity of something in stock, only to get there and there is 0 on the shelf. Really disappointing and I will now be only shopping at Carrum Downs KMart.
Rude manager on Friday with a release at opening of store, not handled properly and almost turned into a fight at the store because of it. She did not even care after people gave advise before store opening to prevent it.
A young employee was extremely helpful tonight helping me find a hot water bottle. I didn't give her much information to go off, yet she looked it up on her phone and then the store scanner tool. She even took me to the location whilst apologising that it took so long. Just wanted to say thank you for her professionalism, due diligence and overall helpfulness. Much appreciated. Excellent.
My go to Kmart store! Always stocked up & employees have always been super helpful. Was a bit put back when an older lady at the customer service counter was raising her voice & talking down to me like I was a child because I couldn’t understand how I couldn’t get a refund on the same method I used when I purchased the product?
