Was wanting to buy some of their furniture and the plastic coin i had for a trolley had fallen out of its holder (i didnt have my purse with me) i asked the gentleman at the entrance if he was able to assist and the answer was NO...so i found a worker within the store to see if they could help so they buzzed for some one on their headset and the answer he and i was given was absolutley disgraceful... apparently if im able to get cash out of the ATM i can get a trolley... Poor service and long waiting queue's only to be told that they just don't know where my photo's are and try again next week. Waste of time and already paid. Will never get print's done again at this store
Rudest customer service ever I have ever experienced in Melbourne. Frankston Bay side Kmart Store Manager treats customers with ignorance and disrespect. She has a very high voice and the way she speaks isn’t suitable for a manager at all. We travel all the way from Bentleigh to grab some items and she doesn’t know how to communicate with care for a very small question. Should treat people with kindness and respect.
