The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced!! I was testing out a ball for my little cousin, checking that it wasn't flat. This worker came up to me and in a raised tone told me to get out of the toy section. This was highly insulting since I did nothing wrong and was potentially going to buy the ball. So I left this section and the worker continued to follow me around the store finally pushed me to the entrance and kicked me out yelling I'm not welcome back, giving no further explaination. I was with my friends and unlike many teenagers we were looking at plush toys and not mucking around, a worker there marched right on up to us and told us that we were no longer welcome and that we had to be escorted out as though we were degenerates. We tried to calmly ask why and explain but our attempts were met with yelling and aggression. Very upset with this as usually Kmart is quite nice.
