It was bad experience with me. She said that we will replace the item but when I went there she said she could not replace even I do not give 1 star. I could not purchase any item from here. Terrible experience
Came in today at about 10am, the gentleman working the front was absolutely lovely and so good a greeting everyone however the lady working fitting rooms was absolutely horrible and had the worst attitude that made everyone feel judged and uncomfortable. Definitely won't be coming back in a hurry.
Disgusting! The store is filthy and mouldy. It almost seems like no one cleans the store. I don't know what staff do on shift but the same messes remain for multiple days. Of course customers don't want to purchase items that have been on the floor and dirty, or crammed onto a shelf. It's become increasingly worse over time. Not good enough. Avoid Forest Lake Kmart and drive a little further to Redbank Plains or Browns Plains.
Want to leave Brodie a 5 star review. Without doubt, one of the most helpful and polite shop assistants I've encountered in this shop. Well done Brodie.
