Absolutely shocking. I'm reading reviews from 2 years ago saying how messy this place is and it seems like nothing has changed AT ALL. Do auditors even check this place out or what??? Every shelf looks like this!!!
A chaotic mess. Items that the website said are in-stock were missing. Everyone at the Click & Collect service desk with me had problems with their orders. It's not an enjoyable place to shop & I probably won't return.
Disappointing eveytime i go there, doesn’t matter at 7 am or 9 pm it is always dirty and cluttered. Customer is giving you business by spending their money atleast make an effort to keep it organised and clean. I guess the dirtiest and mismanaged Kmart i have been no joy of shopping
Love my local Kmart, it's a bit smaller than most but stocks most things I need. All the staff are very helpful.
The worst Kmart in Brisbane… poor staff have little to no support as the management clearly understaffs the team so much!!!! Stock and clothes just thrown and tossed everywhere, by far the messiest most cluttered Kmart store I’ve ever visited and it’s been the same on multiple occasions. Store manager needs to pull their head in!
